Position Title: Procurement Support Manager
Salary Rate: $63,300.00 - $82,800.00 per year. Salary Rate depends on experience and skills.
Benefits package available : sick pay, as well as a wide range of voluntary benefits
Relocation Offered: No Relocation required
The position will complete standards and practices to provide the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will keep efficiency to study data and market circumstances for the present and future lead-time, and capacity of products and consumer services.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain buying schedules to determine appropriate product purchases and delivery timing
- Drafting, negotiating, and implementing long term contracts
- Ensure effective vendor sourcing and supplier management regulations are used with best practice
- Ensure appropriate stock levels are kept. Work closely with company cost modeling to supervise stock costs
- Supervise new items and product mix
- Supervise delivery processes to support client
- Communicate very efficiently with other employees to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential manufacturers, pricing forecast and purchase issues
The minimum:
- Ability to display, solve a wide range of technical and none-technical problems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as price lists, catalogs, requisitions, vendor quotes and invoices
- Ability to work well with others, communicate internally
- Advanced scanner, Fax and printer skill for regular reporting
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and sometimes lift or move up to 45 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is required
- 21+; U.S. citizenship
- No relocation is necessary
